Who is Hotsy Equipment Company?
Hotsy Equipment Company of Princeton was started in the summer of 1971 in North Glenn, Colorado by John and Betty Redmond. John worked full time for United Airlines and began selling pressure washers on the side. In 1972, he quit his job with United and moved to Illinois to become a distributor for Hotsy.
In 1989, John and Betty’s son Steve joined the family business. Upon John and Betty’s retirement in 2002, Steve stepped in, where he continues today in his role as President of the company.
Our territory includes most of Illinois and Eastern Iowa, where we have been providing equipment solutions for 50+ years. Currently, we offer over 100 models of hot and cold water pressure washers, parts washers and water treatment systems. We also handle a complete line of detergents and accessories to match each unit and the individual cleaning needs.
